FEE STRUCTURE and PAYMENT DETAILS

Fee Structure 

Monthly fees are currently set at either Rs. 2000 or Rs. 2500/-. The choice of how much you pay, 2000 or 2500 is dependent on whether you can afford to pay one of the two amounts. (Please read below regarding those players that can't manage either of the two amounts). The fees are fixed whether you attend more than 2, 12 or zero sessions a month. KFANDRA will always be grateful to those members that continue paying fees even without attending sessions as it enables funds being available for the monthly payment of the Coach, ground maintenance and other miscellaneous costs.
Members can pay in advance for every quarter of a year. The quarters will be segmented as follows - 1st Q Jan, Feb, March/2nd Q Apr, May, June/3rd Q July, Aug, Sep/4th Q Oct, Nov and Dec. (But on request, the quarter can start from any month).
Payment of fees provides you permission to play at KFANDRA's Home ground, at Sangamwadi on Tues, Thu and Sat.
During the monsoon months, KFANDRA's Home venue may switch to an Astro-turf pitch near where most of the members stay. On some occasions, KFANDRA will hold a session on an Astro-turf pitch that is nearer to the players that reside further away than most.
(The monsoon months are tentatively defined between and including the months of June and November).
KLC tournament matches can be held on any day of the week, but are most always scheduled for Saturday's.

Important - (from 03/05/23)
If the players pay the fees on or before the 5th of every month, then they will not have to inform KFANDRA of when they will pay the fees. If the players will be paying the fees after the 5th of the month, they must inform KFANDRA by email that they will be late in paying the fees. They must ensure that they include a date by which they will pay the fees. The players not paying the fees must also inform KFANDRA before the 5th of every month. The players paying Rs 2000/- will have to pay Rs. 2500/- if KFANDRA has not been informed that they will be paying at a later date or if the later date they have stated is skipped without asking for an extension. The players paying 2500/- will be issued only a warning for late payment as all players paying 2000 or 2500 will be treated equally. The players paying 2500 will be given only 1 warning after a penalty of Rs. 100/- will be implemented.

After paying the fees in cash or by bank transfer, a polite mobile message must be sent to Mr. Khare stating that you have paid the fees and to which bank you have transferred the money to (see below). It is advised that the member keep the message that he has sent as proof of payment and also the message from his bank if paid through bank transfer. A message will be sent by Mr. Khare to the member once the message and payment is acknowledged. This process is important so that Mr. Khare does not forget to mark the payment down as also to ensure that your payment has been recorded.

If the member is facing financial difficulties, please approach Mr. Khare with your problem. KFANDRA will always ensure that your personal problems will be looked at seriously and inability to make the fee payment will never be the final criteria for a member to attend the sessions. Please understand that all private matters will be kept private. The payment of fees between the member and KFANDRA will always be private and confidential.

Disclaimer -
Payment of fees does not guarantee membership. Every player needs to abide by the Rules and Regulations of KFANDRA.
If a member fails to abide by the rules, he will be asked to leave. Fees will be returned to the member if he has paid the fee and attended only one session.
A maximum of 2 sessions will be taken to gauge a 'new' players behaviour and conduct. After which he will be accepted or denied permission to attend the sessions by becoming a member of KFANDRA.
Players that attend 'one' session are liable to pay Rs 2000/- or Rs 2500/- for the entire month. Players coming for trials can attend his 1st trial session for free but from his 2nd trial session, the monthly fees must be paid. The payment will not be required if the player fails the trials. If the trials are at the end of the month, then the 2nd trial session should be taken at the beginning of the next month so that the player finds it mandatory to pay the fees.
